10/10 recommend!!

It’s hard to put into words how much of a difference Jess has helped me make not only physically but mentally in myself. She’s helped me see my potential, and just overall helped me switch my mindset to have such a healthier relationship with food!
Not only that, but her workout plans have helped push me in the gym and I feel like I’m finally getting those physical results I’ve longed for!
I would recommend Jess to anyone, she’s so supportive and an amazing human overall!

Karina

Life changing!

Working with Jess has been incredible to say the least. She has a unique way of helping you let go of the restrictions that have always felt like chains. With her support, I’ve been able to break free from the constant cycle of dieting and find peace with food again. Jess really helped me reconnect with my body in a way that has felt so empowering, and has had a trickling effect on so many areas of my life. I’ve learned to make choices that feel right for me, not based on rules or guilt. If you’re ready to find true freedom with food and achieve your goals, Jess is the person who can guide you there.

Emma

Love it!

I started coaching with Jess as I had followed her for a while on instagram and loved how she supported people with mindful eating and moving away from calorie counting which is not sustainable

And the last few months have been amazing! Learning to see food as food and not a calorie, getting away from food guilt and shame whilst becoming stronger and more confident in the gym
Jess is so helpful and supportive every week, and available all the time over message I can’t thank her enough

Irina

Best coach ever!

Having Jessie as my coach has completely changed my life! For the first time, I’ve been able to lose weight and keep it off because I’ve managed to create a healthy balanced lifestyle, I used to struggle with always wanting to be perfect with everything I do and it led me to always fall off track every time I eat something “bad” or skipped a workout.

I now eat the foods I love, enjoy my weekends and social events guilt-free, workout 3 times a week and actually enjoying it and making progress each week!

Leslie

One word..WOW!

Wow, what can I say about working with Jess these last 2 years without getting emotional! I started working with Jess back in 2023 when I started realizing that I needed to change my mindset around food and working out. I loved her holistic approach to changing your mindset to not only reach your goals physically but mentally. Since working with Jess, my relationship with food has changed drastically (for the better!) and I see it as fuel rather than something to fear. My love for the gym continues to grow each day and the goals I was struggling to reach prior to working with her (weight loss, food insecurity, etc), I’ve reached and I continue to grow with her guidance each day. If you’re like me and are unsure of where to start, I HIGHLY recommend Jess. Not only will she double as your nutritionist and personal trainer, but she will serve as your biggest cheerleader even during the times when you doubt yourself. I continue to love working with her and can’t wait to see the growth I make to end the year of 2024 into 2025!

Did you know 75% of women are
stuck in diet culture?

It’s exhausting to feel like no matter what you try, nothing works — and the constant restrictions only make it harder to enjoy life and make progress.
I know it cause I've been there, binge eating, hating my body, having no social life, being moody 24/7 - you name it.

You've tried cutting carbs, counting every calorie, and punishing yourself in the gym, but nothing sticks - and you still feel at war with your body. I help women like you break free from that cycle, find balance and feel at peace with food and fitness.

My Journey and Why I do What I do

In 2016 it was the first time I experienced the feeling of not "liking my body" and that's when I started my first ever diet and I had no knowledge and thought if I eat as little as I can and avoid carbs and fats, I will lose weight.. which I did.

Shortly weight loss became obsessive and my goal was to be my smallest self and that's when I started competing .

I was tracking every single calorie, going gym 6/7 days a week and missing out on my social life because I was too scared to eat foods that weren't cooked by me and worried about skipping the gym.

I was tracking every single calorie, going gym 6/7 days a week and missing out on my social life because I was too scared to eat foods that weren't cooked by me and worried about skipping the gym.

I became obsessed with the way I looked, I lost strength, motivation and my health
declined while I was striving to be my smallest self. I thought that the smaller my body
would be, the more happier and confident I would be but I was wrong and I know a lot of
women think the same way I did.

My relationship with food suffered a lot and food became just a number. I would binge
every time I ate something "bad" and I would sit at the table and worry about how many
calories are in the meal rather than enjoy the company of my friends/family.

I realised that a fitness journey shouldn't make you feel like it's a torture and the whole
point of a healthy lifestyle was to feel good in myself and I felt the worst I ever had which
is why I decided to stop competing and start gaining weight in order to gain my period and
health back.

For 3 years I worked on healing my relationship with food and from my eating disorder that
was caused from years of dieting and the diet culture mindset and it was one of the hardest
things I've had to do but it got me to where I am today.

Finally accepting my body, feeling healthy, enjoying food with 0 guilt which is what inspired
me to coach women who feel the way I did, find a balanced and healthy lifestyle whilst loving
their body and achieving their goals without having to worry about
calories or do excessive exercise.
